If you suffer from ingrown hair it's recommended to exfoliate two days prior to waxing so that wax can grab hair and not skin. Enzyme exfoliants or a rough wash cloth is perfect but don't scrub too hard. Allow hair to grow 1/4 to 1/2 inch long to be most effective.
